Studio I

  • Studio I is ideal for intimate gatherings with parties less than 40 people.

    There is a 4 hour minimum which includes set up, event run-time and breakdown.

    All of our spaces come ‘pre-set’ to exactly how they are shown in the Virtual Tour; what you see is what you get !

  • Studio I comes ‘pre-set’ exactly as shown in our Virtual Tour.

Studio II

  • Studio II accommodates 40 - 75 people ! There is a 4 hours minimum use Studio II. The space includes access to our kitchenette and a variety of tables and seating options that include low, high & soft seating. The space comes ‘pre-set’ as seen in the virtual tour.

  • Kitchenette include with Studio II. Studio II comes ‘pre-set’ exactly as shown in our Virtual Tour.

Entire Space

  • The entire space is Studio I + Studio II combined. The entire space accommodates 100 - 150 people ! There is a 4 hours minimum use Studio II. The space includes access to our kitchenette and a variety of tables and seating options that include low, high & soft seating. The space comes ‘pre-set’ as seen in the virtual tour.

  • Studio I comes ‘pre-set’ exactly as shown in our Virtual Tour.

Booking NEW RULES for your next event is just around the corner !

  • Unfortunately, at due to the on-going pandemic, we have decided to stay closed to the public and are working remotely from home.

    This means we are no longer answering live calls ! You can still call and if you do not get anyone - we recommend leaving a voice message. We will return your call within 24-48 business hours.

    For quickest responses, submit an inquiry using the Get Info button or by emailing info@newrulesmn.com.

  • If you are simply looking to get more information regarding availability, pricing or other questions, please submit this form and submit the information. Someone from our team will be in contact shorty thereafter !

  • If you are pretty confident or know for sure you want to book the space - please submit the Event Application to receive an official quote. Respectfully, quotes take a considerable amount of staff time, so please only request a quote if you know there is a good chance you will be booking the space. Once you submit the application, we will follow up with questions and send a quote for review.

  • Great news ! We look forward to hosting you. Please submit our Event Application which will give us all the information we need to give you an accurate quote for approval. Once you approval the quote, we will send you a ‘click to pay’ invoice for payment by email.
